Tom Zarek gets miniseries
DYNAMITE ENTERTAINMENT released images and information today regarding the all-new mini-series BATTLESTAR GALACTICA: ZAREK #1, scheduled to ship in November! And as a special bonus to Battlestar fans, Dynamite has released images from the cover of BATTLESTAR GALACTICA: ZAREK #2 (two very powerful covers). “Tom Zarek is one of the most intriguing players in the Battlestar Galactica series, and we are thrilled to have the opportunity to tell Zarek’s beginnings,” stated DYNAMITE ENTERTAINMENT. “Our creative team is no stranger to the Battlestar arena. Knowing how important Zarek’s origin is, Brandon [writer, Jerwa] has poured his heart into this script, and the artwork by Adriano [artist, Batista] is the perfect compliment for this definitive take on the character. And as a special bonus for our fans, we're showing the upcoming covers to #2, as each issue shows Zarek’s progress through the decades and each cover represents a pivotal moment of his life."

Battlestar Galactica 2.5 Includes EXTENDED Cliffhanger
SCI FI Channel’s highest rated tale of intergalactic survival continues when BATTLESTAR GALACTICA: SEASON 2.5 debuts on DVD on Sept. 19, 2006 (Universal Studios Home Ent., $49.98).
The second half of Season Two arrives on a three-disc set with 11 episodes, including a DVD exclusive of the extended mid-season cliffhanger “Pegasus.” Presented in Dolby Digital 5.1 Surround Sound, the action-packed science fiction phenomenon comes with more than 10 hours of special features, including deleted scenes, podcasts and a behind-the-scenes look with exec producer David Eick. BATTLESTAR GALACTICA, a daring 21st century adventure, with eye-popping action, groundbreaking visuals and intriguing characters, is the winner of a 2005 Peabody Award for Achievement in Electronic Media. VFX provided by Zoic Studios, with additional support from Atmosphere VFX and Enigma Studios, under the overall supervision of Gary Hutzel.

The producers of Galactica did a great thing by deciding to give us the webisode series dramatizing the rise of the resistance on New Caprica; leave it to the network to fudge the deal for the fans.
You probabl know by know that Vivendi has restricted access, not allowing foreign fans to download the webisodes. Well, a few rebellious fans, (including us), have decided to do something about that. If you continue to check back here, we will provide you wil downloadable versions of the webisodes in DIVX format!
Let's kick it off with the first three, shall we?
